The effectiveness of the Canadian government:
Today I feel like mud show any my admiration for those people who administration is acutely aware of the definition of the word "service".
I am now the owner a Canadian driver's license, exchanged in 20 min chrono counter at ICBC * between 12:40 ET and the 13h! My respects, hat, eyeblink and respectful nod ... I still want to reassure you, my goal is not to find myself driving a pickup monstrous but just to reassure my potential employer ability to use the means of transport most common here, and a pillar of development in North America (my French driving license is only valid for the first 3 months)
But in fact, is really is something special requiring my admiration? Probably, in comparison with my French experience, whether at the prefecture or the Mende of Lyon. (Because I already see some malicious minds attributed solely to the Lozère my bad experience of the French administration)
