Active Ingredients In Orajel

new wave in the air.

Christmas is coming .... shops and houses are adorned with garlands, santa claus, snowman and co ... sometimes very good taste, sometimes outrageous, but we love it anyway!
This period before festival is one of my favorites, browse through the shops looking for gifts, eating roasted chestnuts to warm little fingers frozen, tracking down the most beautiful Christmas tree in the world, hear songs from all over Christmas kitsch all over each other, think foie gras on the evening of 24 and especially look forward to these moments with family and friends ... yes extras bin good this year, we must admit that the Christmas spirit was first taken a hit in the wing. This is certainly one of the most difficult periods in life when you're away ... but hey, we're not going still not let go, eh?

all started in the chocolate, we started listening to Christmas songs all day (apparently it's a marketing study that would push the customer to spend more at all ... If it's a bit drunk at the end of the day!), then make the sleigh, Santa Claus, Christmas trees, trains, snowflakes, stars in chocolate ... then, well, my Christmas spirit, buried well, woke up a little!

Then gradually as the days go ... evening, bike, under the twinkling lights and big daddy lit Christmas has become very pleasant.
One evening we decided, friends, roommates, find themselves at the Christmas market. .. mulled wine and raclette was there too, a little too expensive to spend the evening, so we decided to do our own mulled wine at home, along with crepes and cider. What? It's not Mardi Gras? It does not matter, mix all the holidays, as long as the mood is there!

Last Saturday there was the Christmas parade in downtown ... I was working, but went there in Adri envoy ... I do not think not unconvinced that the police and large tanks advertising is delighted, but see Vancouver crowded looked like a nice experience!

Last Friday I started my Christmas shopping .... gently on Granville Island, between another, all light and lovely shops of artisans dressed . And that, it lifts your spirits!
Saturday, icing on the gift, making full Tortilla de patatas by our English friends, we decided, like this, to start looking for a Christmas tree. .. ahaha, and there, the Christmas spirit came out of hibernation! Songs of Christmas fire in our fireplace (thank you, chimney sweeps, adri and charlotte!), Deco confections, nursery, and all the pretty little world all happy, that's Christmas approaching!

since we fell in love with our christmas tree ... and the show took a look cozy. Games, christmas moove, discussions, drinks, everything takes place here between the fireplace and fir. It is not life grand? hehe ... now it's motivated and enthusiastic we prepare for Christmas, Vancouver or later, watch this, it works anyway hard to afford a nice moment, a cozy place to remind us our homes and all of you.

MY BOOKS "Hildegard of Bingen"

anyone interested in plants must know Hildegard of Bingen
the abbess living in the thirteenth century poet and musician, is now considered the first true modern herbal medicine!

Its income and its observations on the properties of plants have been handed down from generation to generation;

For my birthday, I asked my parents-in his book "THE HEALTH REMEDIES of Hildegard of Bingen" by Paul Ferris, they could not help but (they are adorable) giving me a book on the science of Hildegarde (I'll talk about later!)

THE FIRST BOOK "THE SHOOTING OF HEALTH"
dHildegarde talking about favorite plants, their therapeutic properties, confirmed by
scientists of these recipes and observations on the properties of plants!

Infusions, decoctions, infusions, poultices and ointments was readily prepared from products simple as wine, honey, or olive oil.

remedies to soothe and heal the troubles that we can "poison" the daily life

MY OPINION I was surprised to find plants that I use already, telling me there will be revenue nonsense on such a plant that no longer exists, and no, it speaks of chamomile, cinnamon, angelica, gentian clay, metals precious stones of honey, wine, olive oil etc. for cure, alleviation.

an example to prepare a recipe?
Ointment
anti scratch (itch)
express juice 50g chervil , 250g carrot root, and 250 grams of cabbage, add the juice has the same amount of lard, mix very gently by heating, adding year 20gr
bee wax off the heat and continue mixing jusqu'aa that the ointment is cooled and homogeneous;
apply to wounds or irritated areas for 5 days!
Good lard, that's not what I will, but it can be replaced of course!

2nd BOOK "ALL MEDICAL SCIENCE OF ST HILDEGARD

diseases from A to Z, the action of stones on the soul

According to her, our eating habits ( Already at the time) and the Food Industry no nutritional value and often too high in animal protein, fats, sugars, salt, are the source of many diseases and health problems today.
However, food is one of the means offered to us to maintain and restore health;
In this respect, nutritional therapy developed by Saint Hildegard, there are over 900 years has fruit, vegetables and cereals COMPLETE whose healing powers are well established, appears to be the answer to these questions Proper fit.

MY OPINION

Treasure Chest Building Plans

A history of foot ...

After Alix and the Chocolate Factory, here's a story afoot.

Well let me tell you, this is not said that you take your own by reading but you learn things in this post!
I work for two weeks as "Carpenter Helper" with a German who has his kit, Vancouver. I am daily confronted with the imperial measurement system (called standard here) and I'm going to be happy to explain aspects plied ...

Every so by a history of foot ... The basic unit of which is basic football, the basic unit very convenient since at the extreme ends of the legs of all individuals. For the sake of harmony, it does not measure by the famous game "cauliflower" by putting one foot before the other but with a ruler calibrated in foot I do know some important person. (The foot has changed in history, up Carolingian king's foot in France and then the English foot, stabilized at 1 ft = 0.3048 m by international treaty in 1959) Note for the little pic that very respectable encyclopedia Wikipedia article begins with this unit: "The foot is a former unit of length ..." no comment!

In the imperial system, the system works in base 12, a foot is therefore equivalent to 12 inches (inch) sadistic Someone decided we could still cut a inch and smaller pieces, So after we inch, half inch, quarter-inch and possibly eighths of inches and sixteenths of an inch.

Let us here in terms of the new unit length as in the construction, use the little yard or miles!

One thing quite amusing here is that Canada is officially passed to the metric system for a long time but nobody uses in the construction ... Or only for the minutes of contest public or lengths are then converted to meters at the last moment, giving quotes to decimals everywhere. Cons by some measure passed in meter course. We talk about the altitude of the mountains in meters (cons is measured by its size in inches!) distances on the road or in town in meters and speed in kilometers per hour. For the small historical note, point out that at the base, the meter is intended as a measure outcome of nature (1m = one ten-millionth part of a quarter of a meridian), since physicists are calibrated over a length wave of radiation after the isotope krypton-86, then the distance traveled by light in vacuum for some time (very short and it is not interesting ;-)

Regarding the practical aspect, from the moment we have in a measurement system, no matter where the goal is to make themselves understood and to have the same reference. I have not had a problem particular to move the foot. I practice every day even my mental arithmetic as it is by no cons so easy to find the middle of a stick of 25'3 / 4''(I'll let you do the exercise in cold! ) but the hardest part for me was to understand the action when I cried from the top of the stairs with his CBC radio one at the bottom ...

Ultimately, the experience is great and more units, I learn the vocabulary gradually especially if the building ... something that I hope will be helpful ...
